What kind of videos can I send?+
Share footage you own or have permission to process, using a Google Drive or other HTTPS file link. We review the file and confirm whether it is suitable before processing.
Will every video look like native 4K?+
No. Upscaling increases output resolution, but detail and quality depend on the source. Very blurry or damaged footage has limits. See the demonstration for an example.
How long does a remaster take?+
Turnaround depends on duration and source quality. We confirm an estimate after reviewing your submission; your dashboard shows progress.
How do I receive my remaster?+
Your completed project includes Watch and Download links in your private dashboard. Google Drive delivery can be restricted to your email address.
What does the $10 payment cover?+
US$10 is a one-time dashboard access fee. Once Stripe confirms it, you can submit projects and pay whenever you are ready. Each project payment can be $5, $10, $20, or a custom amount of at least $5.
Is payment secure?+
Payments use Stripe Checkout when configured. Card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted payment page.
